Join our Healthcare Payments organization on our Operations team supporting Client Onboarding, Implementation, Customer Service, and other operations functions.
As an Operations Strategy Manager within the Healthcare Payments Operations team at JPMorgan Chase, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer for InstaMed, part of JPMorgan Chase. You will demonstrate strategic thinking and be adept at managing internal projects and initiatives, enhancing business processes, and collaborating across teams and business units. You will make recommendations on business priorities, coordinate team activities, prepare executive communications, and leverage your expertise in Excel and PowerPoint to deliver compelling presentations. Your operational experience will be key in delivering insightful reporting packages and driving strategic initiatives that add value across the organization. Additionally, you will support special projects and represent the Chief Operating Officer's needs as appropriate, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
