About the Role
Our Expert Services team is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to own project delivery and technical solutioning across a portfolio of customer projects. Depending on what each engagement calls for, you'll lead end to end delivery, take on deep technical architecture and integration work, or both, so customers get the right blend of program management and technical depth for their specific needs. This individual will work under Braze's Expert Services department as someone who can move naturally between delivery and technical ownership cohesively, rather than desire to stay in a single lane.
You will work alongside Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Delivery Managers, and Technical Architects to ensure customers achieve rapid time to value and optimal ROI from their Braze investment.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $94,000 and $135,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $111,000 and $159,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
