Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in Baltimore, Maryland.
Work You'll Do
Manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
• 50% Travel required nationally
• Telecommuting permitted
Requirements
Master's degree in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
