Senior Associate, Process Manager
Job Description:
As a Process Manager Senior Associate, at Capital One, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to our debit network partners and clients. The ideal candidate is highly curious, technology-focused, and adept at finding automation and AI solutions to optimize legacy workflows. You will contribute immediately by taking complex operational problems, designing end-to-end solutions, and driving them into production while strengthening your process management best practices. The Process Manager Senior Associate will play a key role in delivering processes that impact the company's bottom line. We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, process professionals who excel in a team environment, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
