ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and service-oriented Manager, Equity Administration and Executive Compensation to join our Compensation team. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient day-to-day administration of the company’s global stock plans, with a strong focus on international equity administration and cross-functional partnership. Reporting to the Senior Director of Compensation, the Manager will lead team operations, drive process improvements, and serve as a key subject-matter expert and escalation point within the function. The ideal candidate combines strong technical equity skills, excellent communication, and a developing leadership approach that empowers their team to deliver with precision and consistency.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
