CCAT is a key tower in Schwab Broker-Dealer Service Engineering. We build the Schwab Customer Identifier (SCID) - the unified identity layer that resolves the same client across Schwab affiliates and powers a true 360° view of every customer across all lines of business. As a Staff Engineer, you'll set the technical bar for how we build, how we adopt AI in our workflows, and how client-facing capabilities ship.
We're specifically seeking engineers shaped by product-engineering environments, product companies, or in-house engineering orgs - where you owned a system, not a statement of work. The bar at CCAT is high ownership and accountability: you treat the product as yours, you stay with what you ship, and you're measured by the outcome
