The Role

Als ITIL Procescoördinator zorg je dat de processen binnen de afdeling goed zijn ingericht, efficiënt worden uitgevoerd en continu worden verbeterd. Met je kennis van ITIL en ServiceNow houd je het overzicht.

Je komt in dienst bij Kyndryl en werkt voor een opdrachtgever in de defensie- en veiligheidssector die zijn IT-infrastructuur volledig vernieuwt. Je werkt nauw samen met een service- en procesteam, technische beheerteams en andere afdelingen om de infrastructuur en dienstverlening te optimaliseren en verder te automatiseren.

Succesvol in je rol ben je wanneer ITIL-processen aantoonbaar bijdragen aan betrouwbare dienstverlening, continue verbetering en een hogere procesvolwassenheid. Door effectieve samenwerking, procesoptimalisatie en datagedreven verbeteringen help je de organisatie haar dienstverlening verder te versterken.

Wat ga je doen

Procesinrichting

• Richt ITIL-processen in binnen de afdeling, leg ze duidelijk vast en zorg dat ze goed aansluiten op de dienstverlening en consistent worden toegepast
• Bewaak de governance, compliance en kwaliteit van de processen

• Analyseer procesprestaties, signaleer verbetermogelijkheden en voer optimalisaties door
• Werk met rapportages, KPI's en automatisering continu aan een hogere kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de dienstverlening

• Vertaal procesresultaten naar heldere rapportages en adviezen voor stakeholders
• Communiceer transparant over prestaties, trends en verbeterinitiatieven, en creëer zo inzicht en draagvlak binnen de organisatie

• Werk nauw samen met service management, operationele teams en andere stakeholders om processen succesvol te laten functioneren
• Deel kennis, zoek afstemming en verbind partijen, en draag zo bij aan een cultuur van continu verbeteren

• Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, richting informatica of procesmanagement.
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met automatiseringstools en -technieken.
• Een servicemanagementcertificering (ITIL v3/v4 Foundation of hoger).
• Basiskennis van ServiceNow en de bereidheid je daarin verder te ontwikkelen.
• Uitstekende communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden, en goed kunnen samenwerken met uiteenlopende stakeholders.
• Vloeiend Nederlands, de Nederlandse nationaliteit en een Nederlands paspoort, en bereidheid tot een screening door de MIVD (VGB). Kyndryl begeleidt je daarbij.

• Hands-on ervaring met ServiceNow.
• Ervaring met change- en capaciteitsmanagement.
